Dunning Ranch is a master plan of approximately 240 acres located within one of the approved growth areas in the City of Lincoln’s newly updated general plan. The community design will be based upon compact, sustainable development principles with a pedestrian orientation and will include a range of residential neighborhoods and designs, parks, school, oak tree and wetland preserves and open space. This is a long range project in anticipation of the next development cycle in this desirable area. Construction is not expected to begin until late this decade.
