The Rocky Ridge Professional Center consists of a three-building professional office complex totaling 36,200 square feet. The 3.2-acre site is a combination of three undeveloped infill parcels located along the Douglas Boulevard office corridor. The irregularly shaped site has been designed and planned for efficient use of the property and to be compatible with the existing surrounding neighborhoods. The site design consists of contemporary-style buildings located around the outside of the irregularly shaped site, with a landscape plaza in the center. This project received the unanimous approval of the Roseville Planning Commission.
